Metalldrücken is a chipless transforming process for the fabrication of rotational-symmetric hollow bodies out of sheet metal. Therfore cost-intensive deep-drawing moulds and expensive co-requisite technologies are not necessary. So even small series can be produced economically. Thera are numerous varieties of the spinning process, which permit almost a free design of complex contours and shapes.
